Chris brings a new and exciting way to pierce to Porthcawl making Phoenix tattoo studio unique in the area.

Chris uses the innovative blade needle method to pierce. The blade needle method, which is popular throughout the world, is a cleaner, quicker and healthier way to pierce than the standard canula method which is favoured in this area.

As we do not use the old cannula needles and tubes to pierce, our piercings heal in half the time and do not traumatise the body in the way that the cannula method can.

Also for the nervous amongst you, the blade needle method is extremely quick and practically pain free. If you are particularly concerned, Chris has a licence to use freezing sprays which will take the edge of any discomfort away.

Chris is an experienced body piercer who was taught by the UK and Europe's leading blade needle piercing school. He is fully trained in all piercings from the basic lobe piercings, through to surface piercings and beyond! He is also first aid trained and works with piercers throughout the country, passing on advice and always learning new ways to improve his skills and improve your piercing experience. He specialises in the more exotic piercings and is well known in the Burlesque scene, regularly piercing models for special performances and photo shoots.

Only the highest levels of hygiene are accepted here at Phoenix tattoo and all piercings tools are sterilized before use and all needles and disposables are single use only. We pride ourselves on our exceptionally high standards.
